The Officer?

I have no idea. The idea just popped into my head. It's lame but I like it XD

So the Doctor really isn't alone! Because there's another Time Lord out there! It was hard to try and think of a name that was catchy like "The Doctor" so I cam up with "The Officer". The cat with the clock around his neck is the one and only TIME CAT. His name is Temporis, which means time. :3
